The Courage of One – Malala Yousufzai

There comes a tipping point in the affairs of human life when a single act, a passionate speech or the courage of one person can change the world. A magic moment when an idea, a trend or a single, galvanizing act crosses the threshold, tips, and then spreads like wildfire around the globe.

Malcolm Gladwell, author of The Tipping Point, argues this matter of the courage of one and how one person/act/speech can be a tipping point for change.

Don’t think it possible?

Then let me introduce you to Malala, a frail, sixteen year old Pakistani girl who was shot in the head by a Taliban fighter, miraculously survived and who has now become a spokeswoman for all marginalized women and men, boys and girls in the world. She even addressed the United Nations on “Malala Day.”

Today, I invite you to contemplate your life and how you might transform the world! Blessings, Linda
