Knox United Church rents many of its rooms to For-Profit, and Not-For-Profit organizations alike.

Rooms with a capacity of 350 – 850
Sanctuary & Concert Hall
The sanctuary & concert hall is a neo-gothic arts and crafts design with a large choir loft and pipe organ. (See the specifications of the organ on another page.) There is oak pew seating, hardwood floors and carpet aisle runners. The sanctuary and concert hall may be used for organ, piano, orchestral or choral concerts and lectures. The use of the sound system may be charged separately. The capacity is about 800 – 850.

Stage setup in the sanctuary
The gym has a basketball and volleyball court. There is a stage on one end that is approximately 6.5 x 8.5 metres. This room is used for basketball, volleyball, floor exercises, meetings and groups serving meals. There is a sound system available for rent. The capacity is 380 with tables and chairs and 480 standing.
Rooms with a capacity of 100 – 150
The theatre is a newly renovated space in the basement with access by elevator. It is suitable for lectures, presentations and exercise classes. It has a small stage of approximately 4.5 x 4 metres. The theatre has a capacity of 150 seated, 200 standing. There is also a kitchen for catering close by.
The parlor has a capacity of 100-130 seated, 150 standing. There is a kitchen for catering close by.
Rooms with a capacity of 25
The library is often used by small classes or for meetings. It is furnished with workshop tables and chairs. The maximum capacity is 25 persons.
The board room has one large central table and chairs for 25. It is an excellent room for small classes or meetings.

Rooms with a capacity of 15
There are two small rooms suitable for intimate classes or meetings.
Knox has two kitchens: The basement kitchen is suitable for preparation of large meals. The main floor kitchen is like a servery, but has a gas range, sinks and dishwasher. The two kitchens are linked by a dumb waiter. Other than coffee urns or tea pots, the kitchen equipment and dinner ware is not available to the rental client.
Knox has the following banqueting facilities:
- Round banquet tables that each seat eight persons
- Rectangular tables that each seat six or eight
- Knox does not provide china or linen for banqueting rentals
- The serving of alcoholic beverages is allowed with a provincial license
